Parkour @ Tom Bass!
Come learn parkour with MovNat Houston! A typical class will focus on 2-3 specific skills and utilizing them in context. Following the class will be ~30 minutes of open practice for those interested. This class will be approachable for all skill levels. Ages 13+ welcome.
